Some 11.4% of women employed in Israel say they have suffered sexual harassment at work, according to a study by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor and disseminated.
The research, conducted interviews with some 3,000 women, also shows that 21% of those who have experienced harassment in the workplace believe that labor productivity is reduced by an average of 30%, the newspaper Haaretz.
In addition, a tenth of the workers who feel harassed or have to leave your job or are fired.
More than a third of bullied his direct superior, while 26% said that the harasser, if it does not have a position immediately above, holds a senior post in the workplace.
Three thirds of the victims remain in their same position and place of work and 30% said that theharassment continues.

         The lust of Potiphar's wife, began to manifest in sexual harassment toward Joseph. But Joseph was a man clean, respect for God and his master, for having confidence in him, and rejected by his fear of the Lord.

         She sexually harassed every day, until on one occasion using violence, wanted to force him to possess. Joseph chose to flee, without clothes because she took it off, but was accused of wanting to rape her and Potiphar sent him to jail.

         Joseph was a servant pleasing to God, that raised him above his brethren and Egypt. Satan could not with him. She spoke to Joseph day by day, and he hearkened not to lie beside her, to be with her, it happened that one day he came home to do their job, and there was nobody home from there.          How many women have been sexually harassed employees or their employees? How many men have sexually harassed his subordinates? How many have unfairly retaliated against man or woman who does not have access to their sexual desires or invent a crime and bring them to the police or the court or slander?
